By clicking this box I give the website, and company, MyTeacherFinder.com permission to include by name and directory page in their online teacher directory. I understand that by doing this, once a user searches my name they will have the opportunity to view the directory page that I have created. I understand that users may then send me a message on the MyTeacherFinder.com website application, at which point I will be notified (should I have chosen this preference for my account) of this message. In order to view the details of any message I received on MyTeacherFinder.com I understand that I must log back into my account on the website. I fully acknowledge that although MyTeacherFinder.com has a strict STUDENT CLEAN OR CANCEL policy that I have read, and agree to. I consent to not hold MyTeacherFinder.com reliable for any message I receive that is unwanted or offensive in any nature. I agree that it is my sole responsibility to contact MyTeacherFinder.com immediately should I receive such unwanted messages and that I am fully aware that I can block any user from having access to my account and directory page on MyTeacherFinder.com if I wish to not receive correspondence from them.

I also understand that I may hide my directory page at any time, should I feel the need to do so. I may also delete my account at any time, and for any reason. There is no cost to cancel my account but I do understand that all of the information in my account will therefore be deleted as well. MyTeacherFinder.com does NOT save any messages, images or account information from past teachers that have been part of our directory.

I agree to not receive any compensation for my directory page on MyTeacherFinder.com. I understand that I do not have to pay to keep my directory page live on MyTeacherFinder.com as long as I adhere to the rules of the site.

I also fully acknowledge that I have read, and agree to, the MyTeacherFinder.com TEACHER STANDARDS. As a participating teacher in the MyTeacherFinder.com online directory I agree that I will uphold the highest of standards and values and not use any profanity, obscene or inappropriate language when messaging with a past student, or a past student’s family member or friend. I agree to only upload photos to my directory page that are safe for children to view and not provoking in any sexual or illegal manner. I understand that should I break the TEACHER STANDARDS at any time, my account on MyTeacherFinder.com will be immediately deleted, and all data obtained in/through my account will be immediately terminated. This also removes my ability to create a new directory page on MyTeacherFinder.com for a minimum of twelve months. If such termination is carried out, I agree to not to hold MyTeacherFinder.com reliable for any deleted material or legal consequences from my own actions.

With a clear, and capable mind, I agree that I am the said person listed on this account. Any previous names I have listed under my directory page 100% belong to me and I can provide any necessary proof of such identity to MyTeacherFinder.com at any time should they ask for it. I understand that if any information on my directory page is found to be fraudulent that my account on MyTeacherFinder.com will be terminated immediately and all information pertained therein shall be lost.

I further understand that all of my personal information on MyTeacherFinder.com is kept safe and is not sold to any third party users without my approval or consent. I agree to contact MyTeacherFinder.com if I come across any other concerning issues not listed within these terms and agreements.
